The way our process works:
Step 1: Payment -
All custom orders must be prepaid unless you have a current
2010 account with us. Some promotions are cash only items
as
Step 2: Artwork layout -
Unless otherwise stated, all custom orders will get an artwork
layout, and WILL NOT BE PRODUCED until the artwork is
approved. After the order is started and an artwork layout is
done; if the order is canceled, there will be a cancellation fee.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT PMS COLORS on your screen
are not always indicative of the actual colors as monitors vary.
If you are concerned about your color choices, check a
pantone color chart or request a nylon sample before
approving any artwork or layouts. Big Daddy can not be
responsible for the variations on your computer screen.
Please review the Artwork Requirements.
We will not produce a product that does not meet our
standards. If we receive artwork that does not fit within our
quality requirements, we will give you the option of either
supplying acceptable artwork yourself, or allowing us to do it
for a specified fee.
Step 3: Production -
The time frame at the bottom of the quote is for Production
Time (this is after artwork approval & before shipping).
Step 4: Shipping -
Shipping can take 1-6 days, depending on the location that the
item is shipping to.
